RUSO CREATIONS

Trenton Rossi (Los Angeles) known as RUSO of Ruso Creations is a maker of mixed media art, custom metal fabrication, welding, drawings, paintings and photography. Trenton’s artistic talent was started at a very young age as he found expressing himself through visual art. He took his passion for street art and graffiti and began to infuse his organic style in different avenues. Trenton’s art has developed as much as he has over the years, and it continues to evolve with each creative leap he takes. His graffiti background has invoked his abstract works and is evident in his precise lettering and outlining. Trenton’s love for aerosol mediums is fluid through his metal fabrication as he explores textures and organic shapes. His passion for vivid colors and talent for blending colors has endowed an intense sense in color contrasts and fades.    By choosing abstractive solutions, Trenton strives to develop forms that do not follow logical criteria, but are based only on subjective associations and formal parallels, to incite the viewer to make new personal associations.

ARTIST Biography

His art demonstrates how life extends beyond its own subjective limits and often tells a story. He reflects his art on basic living elements. Energy, heat, light, water, space and landscape are examined in less obvious ways and sometimes developed in absurd ways. By applying abstraction, he creates intense personal moments created by means of rules and omissions, acceptance and refusal. His works doesn’t reference recognizable form, instead the organic and fluid details are deconstructed to the extent that meaning is shifted and possible interpretation becomes multifaceted. His art in any medium are notable for its incredibly detailed and organic nature. His works are based on formal associations which open a unique poetic vein. Multilayered images arise in which the fragility and instability of our seemingly certain reality is questioned.  Focusing on self-taught techniques and raw materials, his art always refers to his reality.  His art in all mediums are more than just objects, their works of experimentation, years of frustration, moments of joy and a piece of his heart and soul are infused in every inch of any of his pieces.
